Natalie Voland

By blending the worlds of social work and real estate development over the last twenty years, Natalie Voland has built a portfolio consisting of 1.5 million square feet and 500 SME’s, namely located in the Southwest of Montreal. As a leader of the B Corp movement, Natalie’s portfolio demonstrates that economic performance can include social and environmental stewardship.  She leads Gestion Immobilière Quo Vadis as an interdisciplinary real estate solutions company as an innovator, designer, and branding expert.   Natalie is an active public speaker and is a board member of the Quartier de l’Innovation with McGill University, ÉTS, and Concordia University, to redesign impact into real estate development.
