French: Customer service (Online)
Prerequisite: Sufficient knowledge of the French language for everyday life and work. Please note that this course requires an advanced intermediate level of French and is not designed for beginners.
Overall Goals:
- These workshops will allow office and administrative staff to acquire the terminology and language structures specific to customer service and to develop the language specifically for the professional environment.
- This training will also help participants to better manage complaints and difficult situations with customers.
Methodology:
- Varied and pragmatic activities for comprehension and expression.
- Role-playing and role-playing exercises.
- Dynamic teaching approach adapted to the needs and experiences of the participants.
Required Material:
- Headphones and an external microphone
- High-speed stable internet connection
- Access to a computer with a minimum of Windows 10 or Mac G5
- All materials will be provided—documents containing key phrases and terminology concepts appropriate to the content.
