A. Submit the Letter of Intent
Please review the Illustration Portfolio Requirements for all the information.
1. Save your Letter of Intent in PDF format.
2. Identify your files using this naming convention "yourlastname_letter". ( Ex: SMITH_letter.pdf )
3. Address the letter to: To Whom It May Concern.

B. Submit the 7 specific portfolio drawings.
Please review the Illustration Portfolio Requirements for all the information.
- Each drawing will be submitted as a separate file in jpeg
- Make sure your the image quality is high. If scanning artwork use colour mode whether or not the images are black and white. If reproducing by photo, make sure photos are in focus and cropped to the edges of the artwork.
- Identify your files using the naming convention "Lastname_Drawing1" ...etc. ( ex: SMITH_Drawing1.jpeg, SMITH_Drawing2.jpeg, SMITH_Drawing3.jpeg, etc. ).
- Use pencil on white paper for these 7 drawings. ( i.e refrain from using computer aids. )
