Our Ed Tech Week 2017 will run from February 15 – 17 in the new Project Room (3F.43), a place where inspired ideas and creative projects are waiting to be born and nurtured. A space for faculty to dream big and work along with the community on making those dreams a reality.

    Thursday, February 16 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Amphitheatre (4C.1)

    Gheorghe Comanici is a Google Software Developer, working in the Montreal office on using machine intelligence to make Chrome products faster and more accessible.

    He graduated from Dawson College in 2005 and went on to study Mathematics and Computer Science at McGill University.

    Friday, February 17 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in The CoLab (3F.43)

    Sarah Anthony (McGill University) will present an interactive workshop, developed alongside Prisca Fenoglio (Université Grenoble Alpes), which will offer participants the chance to create a pedagogical scenario that fosters creativity in their respective domains using Web 2.0 tools.
