For all requests relating to Printshop, please:


List of equipment and services from Audio-Visual counter

  • Stand-alone LCD Projector/Computer carts (10 PC, 3 iMac)
  • CRT TVs with DVD/VCR combo player
  • LCD widescreen TVs with PCs and DVD/VCR combo players
  • Overhead projectors for transparencies/acetates
  • VGA and HDMI adapters for Apple’s “thunderbolt” connections
  • Various cables (VGA, HDMI, Ethernet and various audio cables)
  • HDMI to VGA video converters (with audio)
  • Small speakers (can connect microphones, instruments, CD players, phone/iPod music)
  • DVD/VCR combo player remotes for use in classrooms
  • LCD projector remotes for use in classrooms (these are used only for turning equipment ON/OFF)
  • Extension cords and power bars
  • Audio CD/Cassette players (old boom boxes)
  • Empty carts for equipment transport (with 2E elevator key)

Audio-Visual also maintains all projector screens and the overhead projector machines in classrooms –NOT LCD projectors attached to ceilings.

Audio-Visual should not to be confused with the Multimedia Center or the Computer Support-Help Desk.

ID card

  • 9:30 am – 11:30 am
  • 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • 5:00 pm – 6:45 pm

First card is free, but replacement cards cost $10 (cash only).

Picture information

  • You can smile ?
  • No baseball caps, hats or sunglasses.
  • The face needs to be visible.
  • Any religious head dress, scarves, hijab, turban, kippa are accepted.
Note
  • The ID card itself is good for 5 years.
  • You need to validate your ID card for the semesters that your are registered.
  • There are validation stickers for FALL & WINTER semesters.
  • If you are taking summer classes, the WINTER validation stickers are given out.
  • The validation stickers are asked for at Final Exams, Equipment Rentals, Library, Computer Center and Security.
