Official Transcripts
Official transcripts may be required by other educational institutions or employers. Transcripts mailed to other educational institutions or employers are sealed and sent directly to the institution by regular mail. Any copies of transcripts mailed to students do not have the College seal affixed, and are not official. All courses completed at Dawson as well as any other college in Quebec will be reflected on the official transcript. Courses in progress do NOT appear on this transcript.
There are two services available for official transcript requests:
- Regular Service (allow up to 7 working days for processing):
$8.00 per transcript per institution. Processing may take up to 7 working days once payment has been received. Payment must be received before transcripts will be issued. - Rush Service (allow up to 2 working days for processing):
$12.00 per transcript per institution. Processing may take up to 48 hours once payment has been received.
Official transcripts, even if processed through rush service, are sent out by regular mail. It may be possible for us to expedite your transcript by express post: if you would like this service, you will need to bring a prepaid envelope (such as Xpresspost) to the Registrar’s Office counter, at 2D.6, once your request and payment are submitted. Note: payment must be received before transcripts will be issued.
If you need to attach a form or other documents to the transcripts, please send an email to records@dawsoncollege.qc.ca
