TO REGISTER please download the form below and fill it out, print it, sign it and then return it to us by email, fax or in person. (Please save the Registration Form to your desktop and then proceed to fill out the desktop copy).

To be officially registered, all forms must be filled out and signed by the parent/s or legal guardian, and by the camper (rules of conduct).

Full payment due with registration (taxes are included in the price).
